Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, except on local and national holidays.

Upon receiving your merchandise, check if the package is open or damaged. If the package is in order, open it and check if you received the product you ordered. Also check if any accessory or item from your order is missing.

We do not deliver to an address different from the one defined by the customer at the time of placing the order, such as neighbors, for example.
