Exchange and Return Policy
Vendraderm makes a point of serving its customers well and ensuring satisfaction with its services. For this reason, we created the Exchange and Return Policy, based on the Consumer Defense Code.
Right of withdrawal
We assure your right of withdrawal, and if you wish to return an item, you have up to 7 days from the receipt of the order to express your regret and request the return. Your request must be registered with our Customer Service Center.
For this, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with the original packaging preserved, manuals, and invoice.
After receiving your return request, Vendraderm has up to 30 days to collect the merchandise from the delivery location, and if these conditions are met, we will refund the full value of the order, including your shipping costs.
Return due to technical or manufacturing defect
In cases where manufacturing defects are found, you may request a product exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Vendraderm has 30 calendar days to resolve the customer's problem, starting from the date of receipt of the item at our Distribution Center.
Receipt of order with damage or discrepancy
Upon receiving your merchandise, check if the packaging is open or damaged. Also check that no accessory or item from your order is missing.
If you receive your products with damage or not in accordance with what was purchased, notify us immediately through our Customer Service Center.
The product to be exchanged must show no signs of use, be in its original box, accompanied by all its manuals and accessories, and its invoice.
Vendraderm has up to 30 calendar days to collect the product from the delivery location.
Upon receiving the product at our Distribution Center, we will analyze it and inform you of the next steps to resolve your issue.
Refund
In cases where a refund of the order is necessary, we will proceed with the return of your money by one of the following methods:
● Credit Card: The credit card reversal will be carried out with the Card Administrator within 5 business days and can be seen on your next invoice. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card administrator.
● Credit to Checking Account: If you choose this refund method, the CPF of the account holder must be the same as the one who placed the order. Vendraderm does not process refunds to third parties. The credit can be seen in your account within 5 business days after the request.

I still haven't received my order, what should I do?
If, after the delivery period (informed in your order area and via emails), the consumer has not received their order(s), they should contact the Customer Service Center via WhatsApp: 17 99745-4451 or email: vendradermcontato@gmail.com.
